I really regret bringing my family to stay here at the beginning of October 2023, a hotel with a dilapidated old building with smelly and cramped rooms, broken closets, broken doors and very materialistic reception staff who are only oriented towards money. What we got did not match the price we paid. This hotel is also a fraud hotel. We arrived with a broken bathroom door, but at check out we were charged for payment for the broken bathroom door, at a price of 1000 TL, it was a fraud that only took advantage of us foreign tourists to extort our money. We were also asked to pay for the lost towels, even though we didn't take them. For one towel we were asked to pay 500 TL and we had to replace three lost towels by a receptionist who was very badly dressed and scary, not worthy of being seen as a hotel front office. If this hotel were in our country, I would thoroughly investigate the losses and extortion fraud that we experienced up to the point of banning this hotel from operating again. Sorry, I have to pray that this hotel goes bankrupt soon! And I cannot accept that the receptionist has hurt and insulted my family members! I will try to investigate the extortion fraud that I experienced even though we are foreign tourists. I would not recommend this hotel to everyone. Very traumatized.
