Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Good location

My stay was very good. The staff was quite attentive and took care of all my needs. A special shoutout to the chef, the breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning. I loved the views of the lake right from the balcony of my room. There were only two downsides: - The place was a bit difficult to find, - There is no gym: it’s just machines put together in a room right next to the open space kitchen. It’s in the open - in what should have been a pantry or something. But it was overall a wonderful experience.

This is a lovely property with beautiful gardens and a peaceful setting. The staff were super helpful also!

The building and grounds are quite beautiful. The room is good size with a large bed. The staff is very nice. The fitness area has some dumbbells and treadmill machines. Breakfast is not a buffet. It is brought to your table, but is very nice.

Check in was very fast with friendly staff. Amazing executive suite with its own balcony. When I arrived there was no A/C because the power was out. They had good DStv and very comfortable soft bed. The hot water for the bathtub never got above lukewarm so I was unable to take a bath. But the shower did have good hot water. The first lunch I had was beef stir fry that didn't look very nice but it tasted good. Breakfast was fantastic. I had lunch the next day which was very good, grilled chicken. There was an animal barn right over the gate and the cows and sheep made a lot of noise in the evening waiting to be fed, and there was some smell from them on the veranda. Overall a beautiful hotel with great service. My ride to the airport arrived on time to take me to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

I arrived extremely late but was welcomed regardless. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was reasonably clean. I will be visiting again

The facility is a good one. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. My only negative is that the roads to the hotel are horrible.

Room was ok staff also perfect but the breakfast you searve in the morning wasnt good even fruits was lime not fresh otherwihe it was ok not so good

Although there was a miscommunication regarding the pick-up from the airport, Mohammed made sure that my stay will be comfortable. His service showed his dedication to customer service.

Excellent service

The villa room was excellent and met expectations. However, the website information was misleading and lacked transparency. Shuttle services were advertised but not clearly stated as an additional cost. I assumed they were included, only to be informed otherwise upon arrival. Furthermore, at checkout the shuttle was not initially available and arrived only at the last minute, causing unnecessary stress before my flight. Breakfast was another issue. Although the website indicated it was provided, the receptionist insisted it was not included. This inconsistency between advertised amenities and actual services was disappointing.

Our first room didn't have working air conditioning. They moved us to another room that had great a/c. Clean room, friendly staff. Wifi was poor. Tiny hot water heater so hot water runs out quickly. No safe. Burned out light fixture in bathroom. Dead batteries in TV remote.
