The hotel staff was very helpful. Yesterday, we borrowed an iron and a hairdryer and they immediately gave us one. Even though there were some issues with the room we booked, we were immediately upgraded.

Wow, probably won't be coming back here, the AC isn't cold at all and the sheets haven't been changed, Sis? Why is there hair on the pillow before anything happens, and I stayed on the 3rd floor, I swear the sound of the chairs sliding around was so noisy (because maybe there's a cafe on the 4th floor), the cleanliness and facilities are really lacking, hopefully there will be improvements.
