This place was such a gem! Service was amazing, front desk were super kind and attentive and spoke English well. they also provide amenities if you call them and ask like toothbrush/extra water bottles. The rooms are a bit outdated but everything was super clean and it’s a good spot to stay at as your home base while exploring Bishkek and the surrounding areas.

I stayed for three nights at Bishkek Centrum and the hotel was perfectly fine. When I arrived they were suffering a power cut which apparently is not unheard of in Bishkek but I got into my room and registered later. I had a suite which was pretty good but by no means opulent. My room wasn’t cleaned one day but that was probably my fault as I didn’t hang the thing on the doorknob when i went out for the day. The breakfast is good but it is made to order and the choice is not huge. It is very cheap though. The strength of this hotel are the friendly and competent staff, the cleanliness of the room and the location is pretty good being in walkable distance of most key places in Bishkek.

We finished our tour of Kyrgyzstan with 2 nights in Bishkek Centrum, after a long trip we decided to book the suite and it didn’t disappoint. The views weren’t great but the room itself was very good. The service from hotel staff was exceptional including the free shuttle back to the airport for a very early flight which saved us having to worry about a taxi at 4am. The WiFi at the hotel was also fantastic and 2 TVs in the room, one in the bedroom and one in the lounge area. The shower was best we had experienced in our week in Kyrgyzstan, a bit more powerful and warmer than the average shower we had taken. All in all I’d be happy to recommend Bishkek Centrum to anyone who is in Bishkek

I am a senior citizen with knee problem. My room is on the 2nd storey and there was no lift. Going up and down is a real chore. They compensate that by having very helpful English speaking staff who is ever ready to help you with your luggage and purchases. Supermarket (my favourite place) and restaurant-class halal food is available nearby. The Dordoi Plaza is also walking distance. The Osh Bazar is just SGD3 per trip with plenty of Dried fruits and nuts and my favorite3 Whey balls at a fraction of prices. The Samsa sold at the Osh Bazar at SGD1 each (with plenty of Muttons and on the spot tandoori cooked was marvellously tasty especially in the cold. That was my lunch, Its quite large and fills the stomach. Its central locations makes it easy to move around. I would recommend this hotel to young people. For Muslims I wouldn't recommend breakfast at the hotel as they also served Haram product. Breakfast is just USD5 per head. But if you can wait, there are plenty of Halal food at the nearby Dordoi Plaza. We spent SGD5.80 for 2 pax of rice and fried chicken wings and a pot of Green tea (SGD1 per pot). The taste is a bit bland for my taste so we add Sambal terasi we bought from Batam island for that extra heat, salt and sugar. Very nice.

While the rooms were nice, and breakfast was great, there was no TV channels, related to a recent fire on the fourth floor. The next day there were electrical work being done in the area and there was no power expected all day long. Although we did receive a letter from the hotel the night before this happened, it still didn't improve matters. There was a generator on the first floor, but the guest rooms were on the second floor. And the generator did not work for longer than 5 minutes at a time. We checked out earlier than intended
