They did not have hot water for the first several hours of my stay. Also they refused to provide the remote control for the AC unit. And several front desk people declined to help when asked

Great stay for the price and would stay there again. The hotel is a new and has a nice location in the center of Ulaanbaatar. The room was new and clean (But be prepared that the toilet was too close to the wall in the bathroom). Staff were friendly and good service. Breakfast was filling for the good start of the day.

Had a pleasant stay. Frendly staff and great hospitality.
