Parking is inside the mall, easy access. Check-in was very fast, and the service was good. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety. Rooms were clean.

Excellent service! My wife and I stayed one night at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue to celebrate our anniversary. Initially, there was a small problem with the room, but it was handled very well by the hotel team. We even got an upgrade to a room with a beautiful view of the bay and pool, complete with flower decorations, cake, and a very memorable congratulatory message. Many thanks to all the staff and management of the Hotel. Our special moment was made even more special by your service. Highly recommended!
