Staff was fine but the rooms were a little outdated for the price. There was no wifi that allowed streaming services to work. Mosquitos everywhere. You couldnt enjoy being outside without getting eaten by mosquitos. Food wasnt very good.

Limited food selection. No food section for kids on a daily basis. Pool was dirty.

So much to do for the kids, a park, miniature golf, ping pong table, foosball table, pool table, multiple pools. It’s a great space for families with kids. The food was great and staff were very kind and warm. We stayed in a cabin and it was spacious and clean.

I think the price was not fair. It was too expensive for what it is. Staff is nice though.

Easy check in , bumpy check out . Rude attitude of person at counter while addressing an issue. Stairs to second floor dirty ( Bird Pup) hotel need some upgrade .

La única queja fuerte que tengo es con respecto a que no tienen bien puesto los nombres de las habitaciones. Yo reserve lo que tienen como VILLA DE MADERA que duermen 5 y a la hora de llegar al hotel me dijieron que tenía que pagar OTRA habitación porque no era VILLA sino que HABITACIÓN. Eso no es correcto cuando uno tiene la confianza y seguridad de hacer las reservas con ustedes

We were there for our Family vacation and we enjoyed the friendly staff and the price was actually accurate with the rooms and the food. We loved spending some time at the beach and relaxing on the Hamacs and the tour to the Coral

They need to be better on the staff service,the front desk people need comunícate everything when someone do the check-in. The food it’s the best part in the hotel. But about the hotel experiences I have to say it’s real bad.

Good experience but i couldn't enjoy the pool due to excessive dust since they were working on renewing the water bar

I recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. While the staff were friendly and the food was good, there were some major drawbacks. First, the WiFi barely worked, and I had poor or no signal on my phone throughout the stay, which made it hard to stay connected. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable, which didn’t make for a restful sleep. Additionally, I was given a different room than the one I had originally booked, which was disappointing. On the plus side, check-in was quick, and the hotel felt private, though getting to the location was a bit tricky. Overall, while there were some positives, the stay didn’t quite meet my expectations.

I liked that they had enough staff to serve all the guests properly and professionally. That fact made us also feel safe and at ease.
