Nice solo place

I was disappointed when the reception charged me just to let my friend visit me, while I was changing my cloths.

The hotel was converted to a COVID quarantine hotel and I didn't find out until I arrived for check in after a five hour drive.

It was great in all aspects to include distance to clubs and restaurants and work. Clean and comfortable.

Coffee shop on top floor is rip off where they charged 100 bhd for 2 beers and sheesha. Aggressive staff who will charge you extra fees and bully you into paying. Be careful.

This is a nice hotel, the room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, the service was excellent and the location was great. However, as it seems to be in hotels here, the noise from the nightclub was excessive. It was located on the third floor and my room was on the tenth floor, but I could still hear it! Most nights I was kept awake until 3am. I didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that.The rooftop swimming pool looked as though it could do with a bit of an extra clean, but the rest of the hotel, including my room, was fine.

The stuff was so Respectable, it’s was ugly with us

The receptionist tried to charge extra $40 for a visitor who stayed for 30 minutes, even though the booking fee for 1 or 2 adults are the same. He also insisted on taking and keeping my passport even though I have an official valid ID, I had to speak to a manager to get it sorted out. Also, there were extremely loud noise from the next room all night until 7 am!

The property is very clean and the staff is extremely patient and helpful

Nice hotel unfortunately asked for quiet room and music from clubs didnt stop till after 2 am. Suggest other hotel if u looking for quiet place. Breakfast fine, exactly what I expected from budget range hotel.

Considering the price , the hotel is decent but the parking is limited and not organised

Very good location , breakfast was good. 2 malls within walking distance.

Every thing was ok, except the sleep in the night . There was night club in the 2nd floor with very loud music and songs.

Spacious room but nothing much around it. Basic, enough to spend the night near airport

Nothing att all bad service bad staff not clean noting

My first stay here was excellent so I looking forward to this stay. But it wasn't the same the sheets on the bed were torn the comforter had obviously been repaired repeatedly, the mattress was extremely hard. I value consistency and it was here. That is so sad since the staff is wonderful
