Problema de ruido con los vecinos. Al no existir personal físico in situ, existe un menor control sobre las instalaciones

Estaba todo limpio. Nos dejaron unas cápsulas de café, encanta el detalle...

The staff was very helpful. However, my room was appeared to be a ground floor office that had been converted to a hotel room. The windows were covered with the thick curtains which took up the majority of the room. There was barely any space between the bed and the windows. I had stayed there

Todo bien, pero no funzionava él secador. Cocina bien esuipada

Cuartos limpios, muy completos. El personal muy atento

The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was functional. The shower dripped water outside and made a mess in the bathroom, and very limited kitchen utensils. The apartment was clean, but the kitchen floor had some residue, which meant not fully cleaned.

Did not use the pool, Room had some burned lights, notified front desk

Totally disappointing! Terrible quality/price ratio. Not as published, table full of holes, parking lot very dirty and dark, great for a Halloween party. First and last time.

4jours super chouette, attention tout de meme au stationnement ! ( ligne verte devant l hotel a ne pas aller ), dommage pour le tcheck in se fasse sur un ordinateur et pas avec une personne physique ! Appartement propre, lit confortable et piscine tres bien. 😀

This place is an excellent place to stay close to Madrid. Staff are great and friendly. Highly recommended

The room was very small and shower room tiny, the doors of the shower cubicle hardly opened leaving a very tight squeeze to access shower cubicle. We had a cockroach in the room one night, did leave information about cockroach and emailed apartments but to date have not had reply. Never saw a member of staff the whole 4 days we stayed.

Nuevamente doy una certificacion de este hotel. Deben de mejorar las cortinas, la iluminacion y que el baño bota toda el agua al banarse lo cual es incomodo.

it was very complicated to get into the hotel, the room was very hot, the AC is insuficient for the confort of the room and the passengers. not recomenable

All great. No complaints.

We know this hotel and it’s fine. This time the bathroom door got stuck and the key cards stopped working. Even an extra one we had just taken out from the machine.

I felt the staff was very responsive to any questions that I had and they seemed to go out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The community of Pozuelo is walkable, friendly and safe with easy access to Madrid with the Metro within a block. I will stay there again.
