Great access to the train station. Lots of cute restaurants and shops near by. Room and staff were super sweet and clean.

We stayed in Premium Studio Suite which is a corner unit. Loved the three big windows and the balconies which faced two different streets. The room was clean, bright, and modern. The location was excellent, just a ten minute walk from the train station. So many restaurants in the area. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely apartment in an amazing location, just minutes from the train station. Everything was spotless and the host was very welcoming. Highly recommend!

Very nice and cosy apartment in the center of La Spezia. Communication with the host was easy. A nice lady helped us with the luggages, so we could stay for a little longer. The location was very convenient - 10 minutes to the train station and same for the port. Good choice.

It’s a pleasant stay and the reception lady is super kind and helpful! she is the reason we love our stay, very responsive to check in details and offered help always! The door is not very soundproof so we can hear well whenever someone comes in and out the room or the main door. Otherwise it’s a good stay!

Excellent room and amenities, we stayed for a visit to cinque terre, 15 minute walk to La speiza centrale train station right around the corner from excellent restaurants and shops Great process to check in! Check out is a little early (10am) but we were up and on the road anyway.
