Pretty nice stay with very reasonable budget range. I should not complain too much considering the less than half price per night, but the only drawback is its location. It is difficult to walk from city center to the hotel. But I probably stay here again.

Great accomodation, receptionist was friendly and could speak good English. She offered to keep our bikes indoors which was really nice. The afternoon tea is included in price. Overall I was very satisfied!

The main thing that was disappointing was the cleanliness. The floor was dirty, and the curtains were dusty. I also noticed a bit of blood on the bedding sheets. The tv was also outdated and some of the lights had issues. The view was nice enough and the shower water was nice and hot. However, the nonslip bath mat looked a bit old so I risked not using it.

Hôtel confortable, situé un peu à l'écart de la gare. Personnel qui ne comprend pas très bien l'anglais, ce qui rend les communications difficiles. Possibilité de se faire prêter des vélos, ce qui est très utile. En revanche, le personnel du restaurant au petit-déjeuner n'est pas très sympathique. Très bon restaurant à proximité.

以房費1600元而言，有達到整齊清潔就很不錯，熱水壺有乾淨讓我很驚訝，以後去台南會續訂。

房間有一股燙頭髮的藥水味。廁所鍍鉻零件生鏽

住了十一天，大致上整體不錯，附近有不少高性價比的按摩店，交通亦算方便。 唯一有些意見的是，洗衣服的設施和浸浴因為政策問題暫時取消，但沒有更新通知在網站上。 幸好職員亦給了不少解決方案。 如果有門牌可以掛在門上，給員工知道要不要清潔房間會比較好。

房間WIFI訊號微弱，櫃臺服務雖很熱誠，卻無法即時解決問題。建議購買WIFI訊號放大/連接器，提供給需要的房間使用。淋浴房下水慢，應定期保養清理下水，建議解決。以整體來說，C/P值仍高，可以考慮。

櫃台服務人員態度也需加強. 房間清潔需加強. 位於市區交通方便.

入住時應該將早餐卷給住戶，不是要退房了才說有早餐卷，兩天自行購早餐食用，這點請飯店業者一班是入住時就給早餐卷，第一次遇到退房才給，覺得不可思議。

停車場車位不足，備品提供有點緩慢，疑似人員不足

當日入住326號房，服務人員都很棒很有禮貌。只有房間冷氣有可能故障了。聲音超級大聲。無法好好入睡

地下室有附設停車場，非常棒。 一樓大廳有免費(好喝)咖啡，貼心 房間有點小，因此房價偏高

停車場動向及標示都不好,希望下回有機會在入住時,可以改正一下.還有床對著廁所門.家人感覺很差.
