Facilities like the corroded windows can be improved.

This hotel was came very short of my expectations. The first time I stayed here, the rooms were unhygienic, but thats what you get for the price. The second time I tried to book, they confirmed my booking only for me to go in and be told there was no more rooms left. I asked for a refund from the lady at the counter but she didn't look bothered and very was very unprofessional. I asked if there was a senior manager but she couldn't even talk to me and I asked this very calm and kindly. Would be careful when booking as the service is so beyond poor.

By 8am the chef was yet to arrive to provide the said breakfast. The building needs some painting. Rust is the order of the day. Need mosquito nets in all the rooms.

They have this soldier they call Maasai. Wow that dude is on top and very helpfull. Kudos guyz my stay was super great.

When I arrived the generator was running so I asked whether it will run all night and whether there was electricity. I was assured that there would be electricity. When I got to the room it was dump and smelled like mold. They had a fan running though to try and dry it I guess. I left to go the other side of the city. Pathetic. Terrible. Poor meals and expensive. It is a brothel not a hotel. Go there at your own risk

These guys were great. we were a little upset by a failed booking at a different place but they more than made up for it. The food and rooms were good. The garden was lovely for yoga and relaxing. If the coffee bar opened a little earlier it would be full marks

Nice hotel and I like staying here when I'm in Nairobi. The staff treat me very well and the food is good. I like spending evenings in the garden and it is peaceful. The deluxe rooms are big. Thanks guys.

Friendly staff, good spaces to relax.. however room toilet small and lacks good ventilation, noisy at night due to proximity to a busy highway and limited dining experience.

Nice quiet and comfortable

I liked everything, especially the staff. Such wonderful people. The Red Buffalo is a hidden gem. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Nairobi.

Nice hotel with good food. Drinks prices were completely reasonable and it is near CBD but not inside CBD. Had a nice dinner in the garden with the garden lights and music and breakfast was a lot for the price. It was good.

Good hotel with attentive staff.

We had a lovely stay here, a perfect place to land on arrival in Kenya. The staff were really kind and helpful and the food from the restaurant was delicious. Lovely views of the garden from our room.

It doesn't look the same as it appears in pictures posted in the Expedia website.
