The room was good and the hotel itself was in a central location on the Gran Via. Plenty to see and do nearby. Easy transport options. When we arrived to the hotel, the room wasn't ready and we couldnt checkin until 30minutes after checkin. The first morning there was no hot water, this was fixed and not an issue for the remaining days of the holiday and we were offered free breakfast for one of the days. The room was clean and had what we needed. Except would be good to have a bathroom door or curtain - the shower door is see through glass and only frosted for the toilet...

Clunky start to our stay with issues with our first room which had issues with main door and alignment of mini mini fridge and so upgraded to another which later also had issues with heating but problem also resolved on the night. Excellent professional service from Carla and Miguel who sorted out all the issues and were kind to offer us the upgrade and complimentary breakfast. Hotel location is fantastic and rooms are nice and cosy.

Perfect location if you’re looking to be in the center of it all. The rooftop bar is a great place to relax. After a long day of sightseeing. It has great bites as well.. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The beds were comfy, service was great all around, staff was nice and I’d definitely stay again! My favorite part was the rooftop view!
