The location is amazing as it is in front of Jalan Besar MRT station exit B. Staff are friendly and helpful. The shared bathroom is clean, although it has a strong chlorine smell. Just make sure you bring your own amenities (like a dental kit) and slippers.

Close to the MRT, across the street there is a complete food stall that is always open, next to the hotel there is Indian food that is still okay for Indonesian palates.

Everything is good, only the room smells damp and is not soundproof, I heard the next room using the toilet, I felt disturbed 🙏😔

Best location, have communal kitchen with completed facility, can make tea and coffee, just walk to the MRT station, nearby food court, clean, recommended hotel.

All good overall since it’s close to the MRT and bus station. The staff were very helpful during check-in and check-out, and they also allowed me to leave my luggage after checking out so I could still explore the area. The housekeeping staff regularly cleaned the shared bathrooms as well. This was my second time staying here, and it didn’t disappoint.

The staff helped us check in and installed the ST Chat app. The room was okay, but a bit cramped and has multiple levels. The toilet is separate from the room, but it's clean and comfortable, and drinks and coffee are readily available. Recommended place to stay in Singapore.

The staffs are helpful, friendly, and standby in the lobby area. The guest will check in through their own app. The common room and bathroom are also clean, very close to the Jalan Besar MRT exit B, around 1 mins walking distance, near Bugis Street and 3 meals a day, so convenient.
