Gorgeous hotel, incredible staff and the location is perfection. Beds are so comfy, rooms are clean and the beach is immaculate and any seaweed is swept away. Gets far more sunlight than other hotels on the beach too. Food on site is fantastic.

The staff was alway very Helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The new pool was amazing. The restaurant was perfect . Great food . Location was the best . We will be back !

Nuce big room woth mini fridge and balcony, excellent food, nice beach and the best personel

The A/C was not cooling down, it never worked properly. At some point there was people who were not hotel guests rooming outside the rooms claiming they lost a cel phone. The hotel staff did nothing to escort them out of the property. Once, overnight there was no water.

Stay was nice. Room wasn’t as nice as the photos made it look.

Properties like this that are very far from the nearest airport do not count for delays, 1 of our 3 flights was cancelled and we could not get in to Holbox until 1 day later, hotel did not offer a refund for the missed night or any other accommodation.

The outdoor lounge area is very nice

I feel like I should give my honest review.. I. Regards the customer service the staff was extremely mean and rude at the hotel and the hotel restaurant. I was a little disappointed in the free breakfast as they serve you the same thing everyday. Other than that it’s nice.

Hotel is perfectly located to the beach and downtown plaza.

Spaceous, comfortable room. Had a ground floor room I enjoyed the private garden and sunbed. The shower is outdated. Otherwise I enjoyed my room. What I found very poor for this price is the breakfast.

Beautiful view from your balcony. Beach is awesome and very clean. Beds not very comfortable. Amazing good! I would stay again!

The hotel was right on the beach and on the Main Street. Great location. It’s a part of the cultural difference, I think. They mostly play 80ish American music too loud. All of Holbox is extremely noisy with their music. Definitely unhealthy decibel numbers for us. The place is more for the younger travelers.

My only negative is that the second room The AC unit leaked al the time and on bed

Great hotel on the beach and the end of town. The location was perfect for exploring restaurants and bars and the beaches nearby. The rooms were comfortable, great AC and firm bed (which is a very Mexican thing) and kept clean and tidy. The food and drinks served were better than average! But the crowning achievement of this place is the service by the staff - amazing service, friendly, helpful, genuinely warm & welcoming! If you’re American, be sure to tip as is accustomed for excellent service, they earn it! Will recommend to my people and definitely coming back!
