Enthusiastic staff, clean room and very reasonable price

Room ok. Location near airport. Convenient to travel. Many good restaurants

The original room was small and smelled of smoke coming in through the window. After reporting to Traveloka and homestay, we were able to change to another room (I booked 15 nights, the first 2 nights I couldn't breathe because of the smoke smell so I was able to change). The new room was ok, bright, clean, and had no smell.

Dirty room, dirty towels, no drinking water, no toothbrush, not flexible to support guests

I have stayed in many Cozrums in the system but this is the worst cozrum I have ever stayed in: the TV is broken and cannot be connected, the cables are exposed, behind my room is another room under repair and very dirty, the wifi is poor and cannot watch youtube or netflix, the bathroom glass looks very dirty. I will not return to this cozrum again.

Cheap and worth the experience

Clean room, convenient location

1. The facilities are very degraded. 2. The staff departments do not work together, leading to a very time-consuming problem-solving process. 3. Poor bedding hygiene. Management does not have a quality control process for old and new bedding. 4. No prior notice to customers about surrounding noise issues such as drilling and repairing the house next door. No soundproofing, cars running at night are very noisy and cannot sleep.

The opening procedure is quite troublesome and difficult. If you are an older person, you should consider it. Dirty kettle with no hygiene. Homes are quite empty but extending hours is not possible. The plus point is that the staff responds quickly

No place to park motorbikes. Had to go to a private parking lot quite far away. About 1km. Floors and toilets are not clean. It feels like it's been a while since someone moved in. TV is like nothing. Can't use it. Bed is not clean. Lying down feels itchy and uncomfortable.

The kitchen has ants and is quite smelly. The induction cooker can be used for 5 minutes before it breaks. The door cannot be locked from the outside. Wifi is extremely slow, TV cannot be watched, air conditioner cannot adjust temperature. There is no parking at the hotel, you have to park a car for a fee. The only plus point is that the toilet is super clean

Phòng nhỏ hơi cũ, sạch nhưng có mùi. không kiểm tra phòng trống trước cho khách, tới nơi không lấy được phòng phải gọi hỗ trợ gẩn 30p mới có đổi được phòng. Không có lược, tăm bông. Tivi wifi kém không sử dụng được.

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên lúc mình đến checkin thì phòng vẫn chưa được dọn dù lúc đó là gần 11h tối. Còn lại thì đều ổn. Có 1 điều cần lưu ý là khách sạn hoạt động theo hình thức du khách tự phục vụ, nên trong phòng có bếp. Nếu hành khách không cẩn thận thì khi gặp sự cố hoả hoạn sẽ khó xử lý. Nếu hệ thống điện khoá ra vào cổng bị trục trặc thì cũng gặp nhiều hạn chế.

- No wifi connection although announcing to Cozrum. At 20h, there was a technician to fix, I asked him and he informed the cable was cut and had to waiting the following day. - No one checked the noise from the construction of the neighbor. I think they should check the room fisrt as well as whatever happening and relocate guests if maybe before guests come to the room and guest call to Cozrum for this issue.
