staff responded well and quickly

The hotel staff are very friendly and always helpful. I've been a long-time regular guest at this apartment. Price doesn't determine whether a hotel or apartment is good or functional. What determines it is the friendliness of the hotel staff and their service to guests. Maintain your current performance and, if possible, improve it.

I really liked the 7th floor, which offers a view of the lake. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take any photos. It's the best place to rest, relax, and refresh.

The receptionist was not honest, around 10 pm I checked in, I asked for the front tower, they said it was full, so I was in the back tower which is quite far from the entrance, then my friend who checked in at around 11 pm, he can be in the front tower, what do you mean? It can be so picky for guests to be placed in the front and rear towers, the first time I got a bad experience.
