The elevator works well, but amenities like hot water, amenities, bathroom doors, towels, etc. need more attention. The air conditioning also doesn't cool evenly throughout the room, possibly due to its age. If you're looking for comfort, don't stay here. If you need an emergency and are close to the northern area of Samarinda, it's worth a try.

The apartment staff was friendly upon check-in. The apartment has a padel court in front of it. It's close to everywhere, huhuhu.

It's not bad for a temporary resting place because I got hit by the back barrage, unlike the front barrage which is quite good.

For the AC is cold, the glass also needs to be replaced because I have wiped it at first I thought it was dirty but it turns out it is from the glass that can't be removed.

Good service, I checked in before time yesterday without being charged...

Initially I wanted to stay overnight, but when I arrived, it happened to be MLM on Friday, I apologize in advance, the atmosphere was scary, I wanted to watch TV.. it didn't work, I thought the apartment in my mind could cook, luckily I just wanted to see the situation and then went out to buy necessities. I couldn't sleep.. as a result, I checked out before 2 hours 🙏

staff responded well and quickly

The hotel staff are very friendly and always helpful. I've been a long-time regular guest at this apartment. Price doesn't determine whether a hotel or apartment is good or functional. What determines it is the friendliness of the hotel staff and their service to guests. Maintain your current performance and, if possible, improve it.

I really liked the 7th floor, which offers a view of the lake. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take any photos. It's the best place to rest, relax, and refresh.
