I stayed here for 2 nights. The first day, my breast milk and ice gel packs were safely stored in the freezer. The second day, the ice gel packs and breast milk were either not placed in the freezer or placed incorrectly, so they didn't freeze at all, even though it took over 8 hours to travel to Sumbawa. When I arrived in Sumbawa, the frozen breast milk had completely thawed and was no longer usable, as it had to be re-frozen and shipped to my child in Java. I ended up throwing away 12 bags of breast milk. I was very disappointed, considering the location is strategic.

The hotel staff is very friendly, easy to access, and very comfortable. The only downside is the lack of a swimming pool.

I stayed at the Deluxe Room and surprisingly it is spacious enough for an affordable price of Deluxe Room. Equipped with lot of lights to ensure the brightness made your stay comfortable without an overexpose lamp. The bathroom also clean and the hot water works well. Just a little issue with the Wifi connection, cause its sometimes on and off, but overall i had a good one.

For the price, finding food at night is easy.
