The room's cleanliness was very poor. The sheets and pillows were faded and unfit for use. The bathroom was full of hair and ants. The balcony was also not very clean, as if it had never been swept. The hotel area was the same, dirty and unkempt, with dusty chairs. There was no security. I was initially confused because there were no directions, but I took the initiative to climb the stairs to the upper floor and saw the hotel staff. Please pay more attention to cleanliness so that guests can stay more comfortably. Thank you.

The room is spacious, but please improve the cleanliness. Wednesday I stayed in room 1208, there were lots of ants under the makeup table, on the glass table, downstairs, even under the curtains. Please be more careful in cleaning it, if possible find the source of the ants because it's really annoying, honestly, when I just arrived there were ants under the pillow, there were quite a lot, even though the black ants were still disturbing my comfort. Until I woke up because there were ants. Improve the cleanliness of the room because there are ants everywhere. The rest is safe, recommended 👍🏻 just need to improve the cleanliness 👍🏻

Doesn't match the photos. The bathroom smells and is patched. There are lizards in the room. Checkout took 5 minutes.

This is an old-fashioned hotel, in need of major renovations. I've only been here once and regretted it; it's not worth the price. There's no security sensor, and the car tires are missing.

All good, the place is comfortable, just a suggestion for the bed sheets, if possible, they should be replaced with new ones, they look worn out so they give the impression of being dirty

I like the deluxe room type, the pool is right in front of the room, you can swim at any time. The kids are also happy. The room is clean, but there are a lot of stairs so it's quite tiring to climb.

I've been wanting to try a staycation here for a long time. It turned out to be worth spending the extra budget for a SC here on the weekend, it's quite good to get a view of Bandung city even though the surrounding area is residential. The room is very comfortable and quite spacious, has a Smart TV too, and the bathroom is clean. It's just a shame they don't provide slippers for amenities and breakfast is only one menu per person according to B&B hotel standards. Overall, it's really good. By the way, sorry, I only documented the view, forgot to take a photo of the room area 😅🙏🏻

This was my second stay here, trying a different room. The staff was very helpful during check-in. The location is strategic, not far from the city center, making it easy to find food, culinary spots, and tourist attractions. The atmosphere is cool and fresh, and the hotel facilities are very satisfying. Drinking water is provided in each room, and refills can be found from the gallon jug in each hallway. Toiletries are provided.

Good price for a new hotel

I've been to this hotel many times for short getaways, but this time I was disappointed. I booked a deluxe room, but they gave me torn towels, a slippery bathroom, and the AC wasn't cold.

Sadly, the toilet floor is really slippery, very dangerous for those who bring small children, the towels are torn huhu, I'm a regular here but this is the first time I've been disappointed.

The room amenities for that price are very worth it, the room is quite spacious, comfortable, there is a balcony, complete amenities, there is a wardrobe, there is a minibar (refrigerator), lots of mirrors, and most importantly you can Netflix, it's very chill, only the Wi-Fi is up and down but it helps with the problem, usually for facilities like this the price is up to 300, yesterday I booked 270 deluxe type.

Very cozy, with that price it's worth it, it's just a bit of a hassle if you bring a lot of heavy stuff, you have to climb a lot of stairs, by the way the elevator is cute hehe, the floor of the room and balcony are still dusty so that your feet are a bit dirty :( the service at the male receptionist is just okay if asked for help, when you ask for help turning on the TV which is not handled and the wifi keeps going off huhu. Overall, it's really okay.

the sheets were torn, the TV sometimes worked and sometimes didn't because the WiFi was unstable, the chair was broken, there was a lot of dust behind the TV and in the corners of the room, the room door lock was broken, so guests came in and out from the room balcony, but the room wasn't moved straight away because the hotel was full.

Breakfast isn't a buffet; there are several menu options like fried rice, fried noodles, and pre-portioned bread, all of which are served per person. There are cockroaches in the room, the WiFi is problematic, the sheets are torn, and the elevator uses a freight elevator, requiring you to climb stairs (it's not recommended to bring small children or the elderly to this place, as access is very unsafe).
