Great room, comfortable bed, helpful, friendly staff, great restaurant, great amenities, amazing views. Overall, a tremendous international hotel where you definitely would not expect it.

Fantastic view of sunrise over Lake Titicaca

Food and drink was expensive but of excellent quality. Our room was absolutely fantastic with gorgeous views. Reception staff very helpful.

More staff for the bar area.

This hotel was exceptional! The view was phenomenal from our room as we were able to see lake Titicaca as well as the sun rises. The staff were very friendly and were available for anything that we needed. They have a beautiful terrace out back that can be used for great pictures and for an outside sunset picnic. There is also a pier nearby so you don't have to go into the main city to access any boats if you are visiting Uros. Hotel is in a gated area so it feels very safe. However, it is uphill. So if you don't want to walk up hills, this is not the hotel for you. The breakfast was the best we've had in Peru.

The views of lake Titicaca are the best!

No uber coming to the hotel area But the property itself is very clean and well maintained. Great restaurant.

Beautiful and scenic property. We had a sunset view room and it was marvelous. Dinner was delicious, although service was lacking. Breakfast was incredible with so many options including an entire gluten free section! Highly recommend for a serene gorgeous getaway.

Brilliant location overlooking Lake Titikaka. It is out of town but worth the location. Rooms are ok and have all the amenities one needs. Breakfast was ok with reasonable choice. Dinner at the restaurant was actually really good. Staff were all excellent. The lifts could do with upgrading since both were very slow and small.

Good location for tours, very nice and helpful staff at the front desk, but the hotel needs a big update; the rooms are very unattractive and look old.

Lovely stay . Great breakfast. Hotel was very busy so service delay at dinner which was understandable and for which the waiter apologised. Staff exceptionally helpful.

This hotel has outstanding overseeing view of Titicaca lake. Watching sunrise from the room is magnificent experience. Room is nice and bed was very comfortable. Hotel has a garden overseeing Titicaca lake and beautiful sunset and sunrise could be seen. Dinner at restaurants was very delicious. My stay at GHL hotel Lago Titicaca was amazing and would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very comfortable, great views for the hotel. The carpet in the room needs to be replace, it was pretty beat up.
