Pure enjoyment.

Underbart hotell med bra mat, även om den inte var så varierande, fina rum och ett väldigt bra vattenland för barnen! Stranden är inte stor och när vi var där var det mycket sjögräs i vattnet. Kostar en del, men kan varmt rekommendera hotellet!

Excellent family friendly resort. Great food options and kids loved the pool and water park, as well as the Kids Club, with excellent kids entertainers. Thank you Esther and Happy!

Services not great

The property was warm and friendly only drawbacks there where no beach area for swimming

The staff are very professional. The grounds and rooms are well maintain. Breakfast and dinner was always on point, which was a blessing as I did not have to spent extra on food because they was always a wide verity of food choices.

It was in a beautiful setting and the staff were nice and generally professional. My worry is that someone called me witj a 1 (USA) number, claiming to be from Expedia and asking for my credit card details. I found that truly worrisome. How did the person know I had booked? You need to look into that.

Customer service was great, the kids loved and having in mind ir is not tjwir first time in the hotel. The water park is amazing, the variety of food and the entertainment in the evening is just what onw would need when on vacation.
