A lovely simplel property on the edge of Bristol. Just where I needed it with easy access from the motorway and into Bristol for my business meeting. The place was well kitted out so that I could actually cook in the kitchen, no need to live off take away. Comfortable bed and a sofa to sit on. I will come back an book this again.

The apartment was well priced and had every amenity we needed. Unfortunately the hygiene levels of the apartment were awful as the place clearly hasn't been cleaned for a while nor between guest's stays. The kitchen was filthy along with all utensils and cutlery, plates etc... There were old sweets left on the sofa and between cushions. Dust everywhere. The 2nd bed was very uncomfortable.

Two single beds a bit creaky, not enough toilet roll 1for four nights. Parking spot very tight and not marked very clearly (someone took our parking spot when we returned late one night, hard to find another spot. Overall very happy with our stay

Needed a good clean, beds very uncomfortable, hairs on the bathroom floor and in the sink
