The kettle in the guest room needs to be throughly inspected. I made 3 changed; and all seem to leak after boiled water is left in the kettle. Overall am pleased with Toyoko Inn Ulaanbaatar.

The property was wonderful; just disappointed there was no breakfast served.

No hot water;if you want early check in definitely charge 150.000 per hour! Be attention check in time is 15:00 notting extra happiness🗡️

A very handy inexpensive and surprising hotel. The l9cation is pretty much close to everything you need and the rest in a warm comfy room was peaceful.

Very beautiful place to stay while u r on vacation

Poor and misleading breakfast.It is total different to what it shows in website. The soundproof of room is also poor.

I definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Ulaanbatar. It's in a great location and tourist areas such as Sukhbaatar Square are walkable from the hotel.

The hotel was at a great location, just walking distance away from the where i needed and wanted to be. The room was clean and spacious. The service, reception and the staff were especially kind and helpful. I'm looking forward to booking this trip and staying at the Toyoko inn again!

「東横イン」というネームバリューで宿泊しましたが、クオリティは日本の東横インほどではなく、設備だけ同じと施設いう印象を持ちました。 （表現が難しいのですが…） その他は以下のとおり。 本当に個人的な感想ですが、 参考になれば幸いです。 ・チェックイン/アウトは、英語対応で 　日本語スタッフがいるのか不明。 ・観光ツアー参加後、夜12時をすぎて 　チェックインしましたが、事前に 　ガイドさんから連絡を入れてもらっ 　たこともあり、スムーズに受付して 　もらえました。朝も5時30にはチェッ 　クアウトしました。（平日でしたが、　 　タクシーで6時時過ぎには空港に 　到着。） ・浴室は薄っすら下水臭のような 　独特の匂いがしていました。 　汚いわけではないが、個人的には 　なんとなく最低限の利用に留めたい 　という感じの清潔度合い。 ・シャンプー、コンディショナー、 　ボディソープありました。 　よく分からない匂いで、泡立ちが 　悪かったですが、使えなくはない 　というレベル感。 　たしか、シェービングジェルと 　簡易なスポンジ、ヘアキャップも 　あったと記憶しています。 ・メイク落としはなかったです。 　綿棒とコットンも。 　特に女性は、持参されるとよいかも 　しれません。 ・悪くはないけど、元々、滞在時間が 　短いことを踏まえ、ポイントを使っ 　て安く泊まれるという点で選んだ 　こともあり、同じく市内の 　ナ◯ンホテルと比較しても、 　再度泊まりたい！とまでは思わない 　レベル感のホテルでした。 　（空港からのシャトルバスを使うなら　　 　スフバートル広場に近いホテルの 　方が、手軽に利用できるかも。） いろいろ書きましたが、 とにかく、よい旅を！
