The room was clean, with a comfortable double bed. Perhaps the pillow felt a little stiff but it had all a room needs. Big plus, the night came very cheap and the bathroom was very clean with a nice bathtub ( considering the size of the room) . I definitely recommend for short stays.

The hotel was very clean and quiet! Nice bathroom, delicious and simple breakfast :)Great location as well.

Check in time was 4pm, a bit late in the day. No left luggage facility after check out to facilitate a bit more sightseeing.Staff seem to be new and hesitant to make decisions. Breakfast in garage area.

The entrance of the hotel is basically a garage. The staff is super unfriendly with foreigners. There's no support other than a phone which you have to use in Japanese. They gave me my room key without even telling me I had to pay a tax in a machine, so when I tried to go to my room I couldn't because it was not activated. Only then I was told about the tax, and they wouldn't support in any way. It's next to the railways, so in the middle of the night the cargo train passes waking you up. Avoid at all costs. This was not a cheap stay so very dissapointed in this hotel.

テレビのリモコンの電池が切れてたのですが、フロントに連絡したら、直ぐに新しい電池を持って来てくれました。 即応ばっちりでした。

安くて助かりました 電車の音がちょっと気になりましたが ダブルベッドに1人で清潔快適快空調で 駅まで5分 また使いたいです。

立地条件が良く、対応・お部屋の快適さも含め、とても良いホテルでした。また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

周辺に飲食店が少なく少々不便だがそれ以外は満足です。

駅にとても近くアクセスや観光等にも便利で、部屋は静かでゆっくりできるところも良かった。 スタッフの方は、皆温かく雰囲気も良くいろいろ親切に教えていただいたり、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりサービスもあり良かった。

近くに24hコンビニ、ラーメン屋さん、居酒屋もあり不便は感じませんでした。鉄道が近いので音が気になるかなと思ったのですが意外と気になりませんでした。端の部屋のせいかも分かりませんが。

朝食のサービスもあったし、部屋は特段不満なし。靴べらがあると尚良かった。

北側の駅の出口から向かうと 遠回りになって歩き疲れた

駅からも近くフロアごとにエレベーターセキュリティもしっかりしていて大通りに面しているがとても静かで快適でした。 また宿泊したいです。

寝具の匂いが尋常な無く臭かったのですが、交換して頂けました。朝食は時間が短いです・・・

京都駅で一番お得なところを探していて、ここがヒットしました。京都駅からも近く、部屋もきれいでした。コロナの影響で、宿泊は少なそうでした。

室内がとても綺麗で、少し狭く感じもしましたが、快適に過ごすことができました。 無料のドリンクサーバーのジュースが美味しかったです。

十分キレイな環境を保ってあったと思います。
