Everything was good, room clean, aircontition working perfect and receptionist very nice and helpfull.

We stayed at the hotel as part of a Camino we were undertaking. When we got to the hotel after 6 hours walking, the receptionist was unable to find our booking and charged us again. She later came to our room to let us know she had made a mistake and managed to refund the second payment. The room was fine but had a view of the next door fast food restaurant. There weren't any amenities provided in the room and cheap shampoo and body wash had to be picked up from reception. The hotel is out of town so difficult to get to on foot.

Staff very friendly

Only hotel in Molina de Segura so what can you do. Front desk guy at check in was competent and efficient but not very personable. The rooms are under going renovations but aren't complete. Missing light fixtures in my room and very dangerous broken mirror in the bathroom. Bathroom shower was nice, bed was comfortable. Room furnishings are sparse and very sterile in esthetics. Room could have had nice view but shutters rolled down windows locked could not roll down shutters. Very disappointing. Restaurant was excellent however with great staff especially the young man from Honduras. Food was excellent. Stay again? Yes mostly because there aren't any options. Location doesn't offer much just the hotel restaurant, Burger King and McDonald's. Some limited shopping nearby but 15 minute walk into town..

Calidad precio acorde. Para mi mi viaje, que era de trabajo, cumplió mis necesidades por un precio muy económico.

El Agua no sale caliente tibia tirando a fría y el aire acondicionado como si no funcionara , no hay secador.

Muy negativo lo de no dar factura si has pagado online a hoteles.com. No vuelvo en esas condiciones.

Las vistas eran a el burger king

Habitación inundada de agua por fuga en el aire acondicionado, solución, me pusieron la manta de la cama en en suelo para que no se escucharan las gotas, todo encharcado, ruido de agua insoportable, humedad, no pude dormir nada, no me cambiaron de habitación ni me dieron solución, sin poder poner el aire…cero preocupación por el cliente. TOTALMENTE DESACONSEJABLE.

Todo fue genial. Habitación limpia y confortable

Alojamiento en el extraradio del municipio, pero a 10 minutos andando hasta el centro, En frente del Mc Donalds y algunos restaurantes mas. Estuvimos la noche del 13 al 14 de abril y aunque todavia era obligatoria la mascarilla dentro del hotel, la mayoria de huespedes extranjeros no llevaban mascarilla, sin que nadie les dijera nada. Sobretodo en el desayuno

Una lástima que flojee la limpieza del baño (sobre todo la ducha), porque el hotel reúne las condiciones para estar bien. De todas formas, la estancia fue agradable.

El hotel está muy bien tiene buena comunicación. Las habitaciones están bien lo único la ducha sale muy poca agua pero x lo demás todo bien.
