Overall, it was a good stay at Titik Dua Ubud. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever assistance was needed. Service at the bar was particularly great, the atmosphere was lovely, and it was a really nice spot to relax and unwind. The food was okay, decent and enjoyable, though not particularly memorable. Still, it was convenient to have dining options available on-site. One area that could be improved is room cleanliness, particularly regarding dust. As someone who is very sensitive to dust allergies, I experienced allergy reactions throughout the entire stay. It would be great if more attention could be given to detailed cleaning, especially on surfaces that tend to collect dust. Improving this would make the stay much more comfortable for guests with sensitivities. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the friendly staff and nice bar were definite highlights. With a bit more attention to room cleaning, the experience could be even better.

This hotel is strategically located, has ample parking, and has a unique building, as it is the work of Andra Martin. However, there is no one to assist you upon arrival to the lobby. If you have a lot of luggage, you have to carry it yourself, and the distance from the parking lot to the lobby is quite far, considering you have to go through a long architectural corridor. The elevator is quite narrow, making it inefficient for people carrying luggage because it is a cargo elevator with no roof. However, the amenities are quite complete, the rooms are modern and minimalist, but not soundproof. The breakfast is delicious. The fried rice is delicious, the chia pudding and croissants are also delicious. The staff are friendly, but they lack coordination and are not on standby at the required points.

His warmth, helpfulness, and friendly demeanor made a significant impact on my experience. Wida went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed, especially since it was my birthday they managed to setup a heartwarming surprise birthday cake and beautiful bouquet of flowers! Thank you. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of great service, stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and fantastic food. It's a place where every aspect of your stay is thoughtfully curated to ensure a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

The room price per night is very pricey. But it all paid off with the good service from this hotel. From the start, we were given a wet towel and a welcome drink. Apart from that, we were explained in his room. All staff are friendly, check-in and checkout are also quick. The food here is delicious, but the restaurant is a bit small and the menu needs to be varied.

Very suitable for millennials, many good photo spots, TOP service, super comfortable room, very homey interior, cool and super modern facilities. Will come back again FIX!

Overall okay. But here you have to be independent to carry your suitcase when checking in and checking out. So those who bring a lot of luggage like me and bring small children are quite troublesome, right, Mom.

Best experience I ever had! Semua panca indra diservis dengan baik. Mulai dari pandangan, aroma, kelembutan, suara dan suasana, lalu makanan yang membuai lidah. Ada kendala saat check in dan smart TV bermasalah hingga baru sampai sekitar 15.30 baru bisa nyaman istirahat dari perjalanan, tapi cara penanganan the PIC di sana sangat baik, terutama Mbak Era, karena dia yang menangani sejak check in. Thank you guys.

I stayed at Titik Dua for three nights for Ubud Open Studios and greatly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is set back from the main road, which makes it feel more secluded and quiet. My room was impeccable: modern, minimal but not sterile, with lovely touches like the tea and coffee selection, the locally crafted bed throw and nifty little table and chair. Also, whatever the hotel is using to scent their rooms—it smells divine! I would also like to highlight the warm and friendly staff—from front desk, to security and waiting staff, everybody was kind and attentive. Last but not least, the food at their own Restaurant, Ramu, is high quality and well priced. Thank you for a great stay, Titik Dua Team, and I look forward to coming back 🙏🏻.
