Hotels.com verified review
We booked via Hotels.com and even got a receipt confirming the payment but when we got there, the reservation was not there. They gave me the room but had to pay again then chase the refund from hotels.com. Staff were adamant they are not listed on Hotels.com. Staff seemed pretty clueless and unwilling to help resolve the situation
