Great stay great host we will be back!

Here for a week with my 2 daughters and grandson, we had a 2 bedroom villa which was spacious and well presented both inside and out, well equiped kitchen ( if you wanted to cook) Amazinglycomfortable beds and the pool was directly outside our villa. Sane was very helpful and organised our car hire for us. Our first visit to Rarotonga and hopefully not the last, a truly unspoilt beautiful place. Patricia (UK)

If you don't mind the walking out to the main road in the heat, then this is the place for you. It's like a villa/apt of your own. We got a honeymoon villa that is more than 400 square feet and that includes, a bathroom, a simple kitchen area, dining, sitting, and bed.

spacious room, well povided - washing machine. espresso etc lovely, helpful staff nice breakfast.,

I loved that my room had everything i needed for example washing machine/dryer, basically a full kitchen & everything that you need, table/chairs, outdoor area it's like a mini home. I was a little scared to take a shower at night but i got use to it. Sane (manager) was very lovely making sure i was alright etc the other staff gave me a mango on my way out (thankful because i love them). I will be recommending this spot to anyone who's looking for accomm in Raro.

This is a lovely stay and is close to town in walkable distance, nice and quiet

Awesome, well equiped property with lovely hosts. Perfect for a weeks stay.

The outdoor bath and shower was unique and pretty cool. The host was amazing. Not having too many Villas was ideal also.

Maybe explain how to use some of the appliances. How to get water heated.

Great customer service and very nice accommodation. Just be sure to bring some ear plugs at night as there are many dogs barking throughout the night.

Lovely rooms, a nice pool, and convenient location (on the back road). Great people working there - superb service. Would happily return.

The staff are superb and look after all guests so well. The rooms are spacious and quiet with all modern appliances including espresso machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

nice place to stay, needs some maintenance eg fly screens, outdoor furniture falling apart etc but overall, a great room well equipped. Staff were nice when you saw them occasionally. Biggest issue was the packs ( i mean packs of dogs up to 6/8) roaming through barking for hours nonstop, this is not our first visit to the island but by far the noisiest with fighting dogs outside the room and coming onto balcony setting off sensor lights etc and the constant barking. out of 11 nights stay only got sleep 3 nights the rest nonstop. noise.

Our host Sane and Jo are very accomodating and have great customer service. The place is more than we expect. We really enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommended place! Sane and staff are very accommodating and very friendly. Bananas and lemongrass were given free and shared some vinegar for my dressing! 😊 Place is quiet and very relaxing which is also what we need for this vacation. Lots of DVDs free to borrow. Location is handy to shops and restaurants. Parking is ample.

Very quiet property, awesome pool & option to use the spas - lovely hosts - a very enjoyable stay. Only one issue, it was hard to get out of the pool, lucky hubby helped me out haha 😄
