Very comfortable and safe

The hotel is perfect. It is well ubicated, the only thing they can improve is abolut de courtains, they doesn´t close perfectly and it is easy to see other people what is happening inside the room.

The room and all the hotel areas were very clean. The breakfast was varied and good. The hotel area is congested and too close to the market. Commercial area.

Everything is very clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly. Free breakfast is very satisfying. Only drawback is the noisy wood floors make it hard to quietly walk around at night, but not a deal breaker.

All the employees very helpful and friendly, breakfast really good and delicious, room very clean with everything needed.

The room was and is still great, and I extended my stay. Staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. Many different places to eat and other shops/items are in walking distances.

The room was very clean, but smelled a bit of mildew, and the previous guest had smoked.

Great location, clean property with friendly staff and great breakfast.

What a beautiful hotel! I felt like i was in Italy, yet right outside was Ecuadorian chocolate and coffee. And everything else. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. It is on a VERY busy street, so i would not want to be driving there, and ther room I was in was next to the reception area, so it was noisy. Ask for a room farther away if noise bothers you.
