I was at the hotel the beginning of December 2019, every two months I have to go to Philippines, so I took end of January the same hotel. They changed the management, from R*dD*orz to OYO. But they also change the price of the room. Comparing with other cheap hotels, they are pretty expensive It is a nice hotel, with very friendly staff, but the hotel is very basic, so the price is a little bit too high.
