When I wanted to check-in, I was told to add 50 thousand 2 rooms, he said, on the Travel Site it had not been updated but there was no confirmation whatsoever beforehand, the sheets were also not clean.

Pas mau check-in disuruh tambah 50 ribu 2 kamar katanya sih di Situs Travelokanya belum di update tapi tidak ada konfrimasi apa-apa sebelumnya, Spreinya juga kurang bersih.

The air conditioner is not cold enough, the bathroom is not provided with foot mats, toothpaste and toothbrushes.

AC kurang dingin, kamar mandi tidak disediakan keset kaki, pasta gigi dan sikat gigi.
