Great hotel, great location near station and restaurants. Very spacious bed.

It's very close to the station, and there are plenty of eateries downstairs, and it's close to everything. The rooms are spacious for a Japanese hotel, comfortable, and clean.

This hotel is located inside the U Place mall, and there’s a McDonald's open 24 hours just below. Kawagoe station is only 3 minutes walking. Even during snowfall, you can walk to the station.

The hotel is above a mall with parking for 2000 yen per night, with a clean and spacious room. The bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet was attached. Very satisfied with the stay, and the receptionist was polite and spoke in English very well. It is recommended to whom visit Kawagoe.

Humble staff, good location, many option for food

Location is ok but the hotel furnished are so old and atmosphere was not good. It's not worth the room rate I pay. Will not stay again next time.
