I will come here again next time x. Satisfied with the hotel

I booked a room with free breakfast, but that's not to be expected. We received terrible service from the restaurant owner—rude and arrogant. We were told to choose what we wanted to eat and then served it like we were buying it at a restaurant. If we arrived late at 9 a.m. for breakfast, we'd only get bread or noodles. It turned out the apartment was quite far from Genting, so we had to take another Grab ride. The apartment was pretty quiet.

Requested a high level but given level 3.. Maybe didn't notice in the order remarks.. The room smells a little sour.. But you can still enjoy the vacation..

The room smelled terrible, it even gave me an allergic reaction. There were cockroaches on the bed, making it very itchy. The warm water only lasted about two minutes. The room smelled awful, there were lots of cockroaches on the bed, the bedsheets weren't clean, and there was no Wi-Fi.

Those who check in here, please check your sheets. Housekeeping doesn't even change them. Lazy. There are blood stains all over. The floor isn't even mopped. The bathroom is ok, not dirty, but stinks. Had to wash it with soapy water to make it smell good. I don't know what the cleaners did. Check out early at 11 am, but the room was dirty too. Breakfast is ok, buffet, there are 5 types of food at the cafe. It's also delicious even though it's simple and there aren't many choices.

If you don't want to stay at the top of the hill in Genting, you can stay here. This apartment feels like home. The facilities are complete, clean, and the apartment's offerings are very appropriate. There is access to restaurants and supermarkets, so your stomach is safe. Access is also very easy if you want to take a Grab/private car. Although the location is in a busy area, this apartment is far from noise and is certainly soundproof. Access to GPO/Awana Station is also close, only 10 minutes by Grab. However, the breakfast menu offered is lacking in variety and you get the same menu for 2 days (like frozen food nuggets/spring rolls). Booking for 3 people with a room that is intended for 3 people but only gets breakfast for 2 people. So far, so good!

Geo 38 is strategically located, only a 10-15 minute ride to the Awana Skyway. There's plenty of food, so staying here with your family is highly recommended. The price is affordable, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. For meals, just go downstairs.

I always stay here, a few times, but this time the room wasn't so good. The pillowcases and sheets smelled of saliva, probably not changed. The location, ambiance, and pool are all good... I always take the 2-bedroom executive room because it has a terrace and a great view.

No drinking water at all, we were told to buy it ourselves, which was very limited. The room smelled musty, probably rarely occupied. The location is strategic, but close to culinary spots. So far, it's still okay, just needs to improve the facilities and room conditions so it's not stuffy.

The location is great, there's plenty of food nearby. It's just a shame the room smelled a bit musty, probably because it wasn't used often. There were no drinks at all, and the TV was only local, not Dmart TV. The Wi-Fi was fast, and everything else was okay so far. I might come back here again if I go to Genting.

The room seemed uncleaned for a long time; there were small cockroaches everywhere, dead insects on the floor, and the room smelled very dusty. The air conditioner remote was broken, and the hot water for the shower was intermittent. The room was advertised as accommodating 5 adults and 5 children. There was one extra-large bed, one queen bed, and one single bed, but it was far from enough to sleep so many people.

Location is good as there are many restaurants, convenient stores all within walking distance. 15 min drive to Awana Skyway & Bus Terminal. The property also is in good condition.

It's pretty good for that price, but the check-in staff should be friendlier.

Good residence, as expected, professional

First, we were so worried about staying on this hotel because it has so many of bad reviews. However here's the aftermaths of our 2 days and one night stays. The check-in and check out: The staff are so kind! It is quite smooth process, there is a deposit RM 200 better to use cash so you can get right away after check out. The location: it is located in very strategic complex where it has all the things you need from local cafes, laundry until convenient store. There is a short cut/bridge to go to those place in level 5. Please don't get confused and lost, because there is also Geo Hotel next to this Geo38 residence. Maple Home which has offline staff and small lobby. Room facilities: We stayed in deluxe suite room. Everything is provided as described and there was no bad odour too. However, the washing machine was a abit hard to turn on, but the IT staff taught us. The electric stove has a problem too. The water in westafel has a bit of clorine smell. Breakfast: We had free breakfast with only has 3-5 ala carte options but it tastes good! Last day, we had a minimalist buffet but taste fine too. Thanks PULSE cafe team! Fun fact: We were surprised that the Sun rises after 7 a.m and sun sets after 7 p.m. too. One night, we barely see everything outside our room because it is totally misty and foggy with super cold air. Overall, worth the money.
