It was a pleasure to stay here...if I go to Bengkulu again, I want to stay here again.

The hot water in the bathroom was not on, it had been reported to the receptionist, the officer only said that it would be checked but it was not fixed until the last day of returning home.

The breakfast main menu lacks variety. That's all, the rest is amazing.

The room is comfortable, the breakfast is varied, close to everywhere, next to it there is Indo*, downstairs there is a children's play area, the swimming pool is child-friendly.

Not according to order even though I ordered a single bed

Today check out, the receptionist was very uncommunicative. Asked the difference between superior and deluxe rooms, couldn't answer, asked where to complain, just kept quiet. Deluxe room but like superior, small, smelly bathroom often flooded.
