Not a smart TV but nice and big room

The staff is friendly, the room is quite comfortable.

The breakfast area staff and the reception staff are excellent and very friendly. This Fave hotel is always my favorite. This is my 2nd trip to Fave hotel Karawang and also I stay at Fave hotel at Bali.

A little disappointed when I requested a room on a high floor with a view facing the road, but instead I was given one on a lower floor facing the rice fields, even though I was told to stay there during check-in. When we complained, the reason was that the rooms were full and the check-in time was long, it took 14.50 to get a room. The breakfast also now has less food, not like the previous months, even though every time I go to Karawang, I always stay at Fave. 🥲

The service was friendly, the food was delicious, and we were served by Mr. Angga and Ms. Putri. The location is strategic, close to the city, the toll entrance, the Grand Outlet, and the children's playground. The parking is spacious, the room rates are reasonable, and the food is also affordable 😉

There was no hot water, the hand soap was out of stock, the telephone was not working, and the workers who had finished putting/painting went into the guest elevator with their materials, it smelled, their hands were still smeared with paint when they pressed the elevator buttons.

This was my first time visiting the town, and I only stayed for a quick stop after a long drive. The hotel was exactly what I needed—comfortable, clean, and easy to check into. The room was cozy and allowed me to rest well before continuing my journey. The staff were welcoming and helpful, which made the short stay pleasant. Overall, it was a good choice for travelers needing a convenient and comfortable place to stop and recharge.
