the staff is not the usual sir, seems inexperienced. the gate is always closed. if the previous staff was very friendly, check in no more than 5 minutes. in the morning the gate was opened at 6 o'clock and then closed at 11 o'clock at night. there was hair on the pillow as if it had not been changed. I have stayed here several times, and have always been satisfied with the cleanliness and staff of the hotel. but this time it was disappointing. fortunately this time I only stayed one night, usually 2-3 days. hopefully the new staff will learn better.

Ke 2 kali nginep di sini. Pelayanan yang memuaskan dengan request saya. Saat saya minta di ganti sprei masnya dengan senang hati mengganti sprei saya. Terima kasih.

Kemarin yang sedikit kaget, ternyata batas maksimal masuk hotel jam 11 malam, kalo lebih dari jam itu kena denda 10rb/jam. Jadi ngeri juga 175 +40 rb, tidak ada welcom drink, tdak ada handuk, pastigigi dan lain-lain, cuma ada sabun yang tertmpel ditmbok. Tp alhamdulillahnya air hangat berfungsi,

Bersih., kamarnya luas, AC, air panas dengan harga segitu. Murah banget. Word it lah. Lebih dari ekspektasi saya. Masnya ramah. Homey banget. Nginep di sini lagi pastinya untuk next trip ke Jombang.

The rooms are clean and tidy, even better, the living room outside the front can be wiped down with a cloth every day. Because the dust may be outside and the floor can be mopped inside and out every day. That would be more convenient and dare to recommend.
