Clean, friendly and helpful staff, the location is a bit tucked away, but close to everything. It's a 5-minute walk to Mirota Simanjuntak, and there's a cheap, delicious warteg (food stall) and lotek (food stall) around the corner. It's also close to the Tugu Monument and Gadjah Mada University (UGM). For feedback, please dim the night lights... but overall, it's very comfortable.

The place is cool. There's a small coffee shop/coworking space downstairs, perfect for relaxing or meeting business partners. The rooms are great, spacious, and very peaceful. There's a kitchen on each floor, so you can grab water, make tea, and coffee right away. You can even cook, as the facilities are complete. The hot water is also great!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the directions inside the hotel are also very clear, even though there was a misunderstanding regarding payment, the staff remained friendly and explained the misunderstanding regarding the payment method, overall it is highly recommended for people who need accommodation with easy access but not noisy.

The location is in the city center. Malioboro is not far, UGM is close, shopping places are also close. Clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is also friendly. This is my best choice hotel experience. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is quite easy to find, only the parking lot is not much so if it is high season, it might be difficult to park the car. The room is clean, everything is quite well maintained. There is a small cafe in front of it.
