This hotel is a very well kept hotel. Definitely coming back. There is no AC at the lobby or the main hotel but the rooms are very cold. The different restaurants are excellent and the food is awesome. There is a buffet that you can always go. Recommended to do reservations for all the restaurants butttt in case you don’t have one , the team is always very helpful and will accommodate you. Great for kids and also for single couples

We recently stayed at this modern resort with our extended family, including two young children. Overall, the resort offers a good experience for families, with friendly staff, engaging entertainment, and excellent music by the pool that created a lively atmosphere. The water park, nearby ice cream shop, and casual fast food café were highlights for the kids and contributed greatly to their enjoyment.However, the resort did feel overcrowded at times. This led to long lines at the buffet and a busy, at times uncomfortable, pool area where some guests remained in the water for extended periods without breaks, raising concerns about hygiene. The beach was a disappointment, as it was heavily covered in seaweed, making it virtually unusable during our stay. While the buffet offered decent food, the options were somewhat repetitive. On a more positive note, the specialty restaurants we tried provided very good meals. We did experience an unfortunate incident when an elderly family member, aged 87, slipped near the pool and injured his arm. The staff responded quickly and escorted him to the resort’s clinic, where basic first aid was administered. However, we were surprised and disappointed to be charged $250 for what amounted to minimal medical attention (a cleaning and a gauze wrap), which we felt was excessive. Despite these concerns, we tried to make the most of our time, especially for the children who thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Finding a spot near the pool in the afternoon was annoying and the reason was because no one was cleaning behind the people who were leaving the areas with spills and trash behind them! Front desk guy who was completing check ins, Mr. De Jesus was rude! We had no iron, we asked 2 of the housekeeping attendants for extra towels and they said NO. I’ve never experienced that. Only one towel station in pool area which was very inconvenient. They make a big deal to return the towel card at the end of your stay or threaten you with a $25 fee to not even pay attention to the card when checking out. If I would’ve known that I wouldn’t gave been taking them long walks to get exchange/return towels. Overall facility is nice, staff were generally pleasant, there is entertainment but we did not get o eat any place other than the buffet and American diner bc reservations booked FAST at the other restaurants.

We waited about 2 hours after we arrived to the hotel for check-in. When it was time to check-in, the front desk representative tells us that the room we requested (Queen pool view junior suite was not available and he was assigning us a “VIP” room in unique club. We were away from main area that we wanted. No hot water in the shower. TV was not working. Water was coming out through the shower onto the floor where the sink was located. Also, there is only one towel drop off location for unique or lopesan towels. This is very inconvenient as guests will have to always bring the towels back to the one location. The resort is very large and for someone to have to walk back to bring it back to the one drop off location can be very difficult for older people. Some food at the buffet tasted stale and not fresh. Lots of flies on the food and in the dining area. We had to wait a long time at The Valley for our food. We have two little children and they were extremely hungry. If the servers brought out some French fries or small snacks for children to eat while they waited it would have been a bit better. Also staff didn’t understand English well because they misunderstood a cashew allergy for a ketchup allergy. Wilkyn Perez deserves a promotion. He was very helpful whenever we needed help with anything during our stay. His customer service is excellent and he is very patient. God bless him. If he didn’t help us, our ratings of the stay may have been a bit worse.

The hotel is beautiful, but the staff, customer service, equipment maintenance, etc., need to be improved. When we arrived, we felt a nasty humidity smell in the lobby. Actually, it was everywhere, even in the room. The staff doesn’t try hard to make customers happy. It was not a horrible experience, though. The food was good; there were just a few flys inside the eating area, and the water park was great. But to be honest, I'll not return.

It is a beautiful property, but the service is just average. Some employees were outright rude when asked simple questions. There was one waiter for the entire pool area, more were needed. There are no waiters in the beach area.

I would give 9out of 10.for cleanliness, food at buffet 6 out of 10 , ans baa4s servi e and bar staff 3 out of 10 due to.the fact that u have to wait few minutes after ordering cose the staff is more concerned about talking to each other than serving clients ( most at lobby bar) very very slow checking at the counter , it took like 45 min to get the room , we were under impression that this is good hotel and it is as far as being extremly clean but rest is definitely lagging behing its competition

Everything was very clean and the staff was wonderful, food awesome. My only concern was the bathroom was too open there was no real privacy, & a ceiling fan on the balcony would be great as there was no breeze so you couldn't sit out there .The hotel was real big and I wish I could have enjoyed the Boulevard but it was way too far for me to walk. I wish they had some kind of tram or golf cart to get back & forth I would have spend more money if I could have gotten there. I highly recommend this resort
