Enjoyed every moment of our Trip to Tamia. The service was good and location was perfect. The most important thing to mention is the package that includes a Mount Top Breakfast, we had a small trekking in the nature and reached a beautiful cliff where breakfast was served wnd we enjoyed every moment of it. The service was really good and very polite staff members. Our guide for the trekk was very experienced and guided us all the way, the guide also clicked wonderful pictures of us and captured beautiful moments for us. Much recommend for couples and families, it's a beautiful place. I would say it was very special for me and everything was enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at Serendipity. It is not just about the resort but the service they provide is outstanding. Mr. Ganesh is such an amazing guide who took us for sundowner experience and morning trek where his expertise and jolly nature made the trek enthusiastic. Mr Karan made great efforts for the arrangement for candle light dinner. Housekeeping was on there toes to helps us at the property. Thank you looking forward for visiting again

A special mention to Chef Ujjal, who went above and beyond every single day. The food was exceptional in both quality and taste, resorts usually disappoint on this front, but this was truly something special. We would come back just for food! Restaurant Manager Vikas was fantastic in organising all our activities, and every member of the staff was welcoming, warm and always smiling. The whole team really made the experience feel personal and memorable. Also special mention to all the new pups! They are adorable. We had a truly splendid experience at Serendipity Lakes & Resorts Tamia. The staff were extremely courteous and welcoming, always attentive and genuinely caring. The forest villas we stayed in were absolutely amazing—beautiful, serene, and the perfect retreat in nature. The food was absolutely delicious, with great variety and quality in every meal. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-hosted getaway.

Nice place with very nice services by serving staff, really appreciable management under the shadow of devoted Retired ARMY senior personal [Mr Faiyaz ] GM(administration) cooperated us like an experienced event manager. Stay was memorable, delicious food served according to every events,prepared by some Bengali cook under supervision of a disciplined Dy.GM(Restaurant) . I will remember all ..years & years… ! Thanks again ! !
