Overall everything went smoothly and the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. There is a bit of space in the room for three people.

A newer, clean hotel but they will nickel and dime for parking and breakfast, which is €13 extra and €12/person for breakfast.

Staff made sure we had accommodations close to our other party.

Very clean and comfortable room with an easy check in with helpful staff. Shame the parking was extra.

The room was very hot with no option for cooling and the windows did not open. The location was not convenient to the pedestrian zone in the town for restaurants and shopping

We took this hotel because it was the only one available in the city due to an event. It had no air-conditioning because it is a green hotel and we understand that, but there was simply no fresh air whatsoever, which is beyond ridiculous. It was incredibly hot at night and we were unable to sleep and enjoy our next day in Finland because of that. The food was simply. Was not very appetizing.

I have stayed at this green star hotel several times in Vaasa Finland! Everyone is so kind, and the rooms are always clean!

I expect fresh bread sunday morning, and not bread from day before :(

Convenient check in. Used off-site parking at the nearby museum (free). Free use of laundry and access to a kitchen were helpful when traveling with pumped milk for our baby. The reception was also able to refreeze ice packs for onward journey

Really love this eco friendly and affordable hotel chain, and the building in Vaasa is new and clean. They had been very busy so some minor things were not on point this time (cutlery not available in the floor kitchens, no freezer lockers for all the rooms and no takeaway mugs for the free coffee) but overall, great value for money and great concept - no frills included in the base price but available upon request for reasonable extra fees.
