Our flight landed close to midnight and we only reached the apartment close to 2am, Harry kindly waited for us and patiently showed us around. We really appreciated the warm welcome especially after such a long journey. It was also our first time in Melbourne and the location was incredibly convenient. The Glen shopping centre is right across the road and there are plenty of food options nearby which made everything very easy for us.

Everything was great, the only issue we had was the door lock for the balcony was broken and so the door was unlocked while we were there. It was no big deal as we were on the third floor. Parking was easy, but is accessed through the shopping centre carpark the appartments sit above. We were met at the entrance and guided to the building’s secure car park. Harry was great in communicating with, and meeting us, on arrival.

The apartment is comfortable and clean, next to a local shopping mall. The manager was always contactable, and he was very kind to have upgraded us to the 18th floor which had a view of the local town, the mountain and a beautiful sunrise and sunset. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and you can do your groceries shopping at the mall below. However there is no concierge, do bring your own toiletries, tissues and toilet rolls. Designated parking is provided at the basement.

The location is excellent with shopping centre just a walking distance. Staff from Astra is friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is spacious and tidy.
