Big room, comfy bed, good location

. Helpful welcoming staff . Comfy bed . Clean room on arrival . Quiet (despite being on a road) . Fairly central . Close to public transport . Plenty of table choice at breakfast . Air con was good . Room not cleaned on second day, dirty towels were left. No clean towels given. . No teabags in room, despite there being a kettle . Breakfast cold and microwaved. Despite being a ‘hot breakfast’ it was disappointing. . No English breakfast tea, and water was lukewarm in a flask . Frosted glassed bathroom separates you from the bedroom. Slightly awkward if you’re not a couple!

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was able to borrow a UK adapter plug when I realised I had forgotten mine. The room was lovely and clean. It had a high vaulted ceiling and exposed brick walls. The Aircon took a while to get going but was effective when it did. The bathroom was clean and spacious. It was designed for disabled use with a low shower and a stool in the shower. I didn't request this but it was fine for me. The location was handy for the main tourist area, just a few minutes walk. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that but the seating area at reception was comfortable, nicely decorated and calming. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. Gracias 😁

Good experience and staff

The hotel is at walking distance to central part of Valencia. Value for money, well maintained property. The room was big enough for 2 people and the open door standing balcony was highlight of the room. Public transport incl. Transport for airport was easily accessible. Def recommend this property to stay.

Our room had the bathroom sink right up against the bed. And the toilet was a small glass door, yes see through glass also right next to the bed. The breakfasts were horrible. In 3 mornings never went down to got eggs. Always cold or all gone and not replaced. They put the pancakes in a serving dish frozen an you had to give them back your plate to put in microwave.

Clean room convenient location 10 mins from central market. Need to reserve parking in advance. Some jets worked in bath not all. Double rain shower was very nice but only one side worked fully. Loved the bathroom set up with separate toilet and shower and vanity. Comfortable beds! Would stay again.

We stayed here four nights and we were very at home. There were four of us so 2 slept on one side and two slept on the other side of a wall. The architecture was beautiful in the room. There were three balconies, very comfortable beds and shower and sink area… The staff was friendly and helpful carmela and Carmen

We didn’t even need air conditioning. The temperature was perfect. We absolutely loved the staff, Carmela and Carmen… they were both so nice and helpful… We had the breakfast one day and it was ok The bathroom wonderful and the mattresses were super comfortable. The room was well lit on both sides of the wall. It was a beautiful area and quiet and convenient.

Very clean and a convenient location for central Valencia. Local to bus and train stops. I stayed during March festival and it’s noisy everywhere. The hotel gave earplugs to dampen the sound which worked well. I’d book again.

Lovely modern hotel in great condition, and in an excellent location. Would definitely recommend! Only bit of feedback is the functionally of the rooms... for a very small amount they could do the simple things better like have electric plugs available for guests to easily use, better towel hangers, drinking glasses, a bin for the room etc. V small I know but easily sorted.

Staff were very helpful to suggest what to visit and showed us how to get there. All the front desk staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A great location very close to the old city; the rooms are exceptionally clean, the breakfast is OK, there is a fabulous free walking tour for very small groups (ours was 6) offered by Pablo who also works in reception and the on-site restaurant which is only open for lunch, is excellent and very reasonably priced. The only room for improvement that comes to mind are: a Nespresso machine in the rooms would be great; the bar restaurant are not open in the evening.

We booked here and paid around $300 per night for a 3-Star hotel, but what we got instead was a 1.5 star hotel and a room with mold in the shower, stain on the walls and sink. We also had a small window that provided very little light so we felt like we were in a closet. I do not recommend this place for the price we paid. I mentioned these items politely to the front desk and they agreed the room needed a deep cleaning. I was shocked they know and still rented out the room.

Lovely staff who were really helpful and welcoming - 10/10 Room was comfortable and looked great. AC could be a bit better - rooms get warm and the AC takes ages to cool the room down
