Lovely modern hotel in great condition, and in an excellent location. Would definitely recommend! Only bit of feedback is the functionally of the rooms... for a very small amount they could do the simple things better like have electric plugs available for guests to easily use, better towel hangers, drinking glasses, a bin for the room etc. V small I know but easily sorted.

Staff were very helpful to suggest what to visit and showed us how to get there. All the front desk staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A great location very close to the old city; the rooms are exceptionally clean, the breakfast is OK, there is a fabulous free walking tour for very small groups (ours was 6) offered by Pablo who also works in reception and the on-site restaurant which is only open for lunch, is excellent and very reasonably priced. The only room for improvement that comes to mind are: a Nespresso machine in the rooms would be great; the bar restaurant are not open in the evening.

We booked here and paid around $300 per night for a 3-Star hotel, but what we got instead was a 1.5 star hotel and a room with mold in the shower, stain on the walls and sink. We also had a small window that provided very little light so we felt like we were in a closet. I do not recommend this place for the price we paid. I mentioned these items politely to the front desk and they agreed the room needed a deep cleaning. I was shocked they know and still rented out the room.

Lovely staff who were really helpful and welcoming - 10/10 Room was comfortable and looked great. AC could be a bit better - rooms get warm and the AC takes ages to cool the room down

This hotel is lovely in a great location the staff cannot do enough for you especially the lady on reception sorry I didn’t catch her name but all the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was very good. We booked originally for one night but then ended up staying for two. We had to move rooms but got a lovely Jacuzzi bath, which was just what we needed after a long day sightseeing.

Very close to downtown core. Clean and located 10 min walk from the bus station. Lots of shopping options around and you can rent bikes on site. Very clean, small rooms. Loved the place
