Probably the largest hotel room I’ve stayed in, certainly had a wow factor. The hotel itself is impressive with good dining on site. The actual hotel is a little way out of the main shopping and dining streets but still walkable. The staff were a touch clinical and aloof in their manner but I find this can be the case in high end hotels where warmth sometimes lacks

Spotlessly clean good staff, check in a bit of a language barrier. Overall excellent.

Upgraded to suite with a bottle of wine. Wine was not avaliable when i arrived. Was brought the next day. Was told I had to pay for the spa, and would be charged for it. However, the room i got included spa access. To book an appointment eith Spa services, the female party was rude. Also had to tell the front desk when I was leavinf and coming back which was an inconvenience. This was die to a "virtual parking". Was not needed

The room was large but it would have been improved by the addition of a sofa

Staff was amazing! Spa also was amazing! Really enjoyed my massage and the facilities

The staff needs more training to deal with tourists in terms of guiding guests.

We got the room on the 27th floor and was very beautiful

Very nice, large spacious rooms! Spa is nice! Restaurants and service amazing. Couldn’t turn the ac down enough to a comfortable temp. Would have liked about 2 or 3 degrees cooler! Can hear club music till about 4 am on Fri and Saturday. Very close to the streets of restaurants and stores! Expensive if you need something laundered.

Very spacious room, didn't see any other guests other than at breakfast, which is very busy. For some reason, only one area of breakfast was open, which meant there were queues to pick your food.

I would like to express some concerns regarding my recent stay. Firstly, the accessibility of the pool was not as expected. It is generally assumed that when a hotel advertises a pool, it is accessible to all guests. However, at this establishment, pool access requires an additional fee unless included in your package. While the package does offer access to spa facilities, including a hot tub and herbal sauna, these amenities may not be of interest to every guest. Many would simply appreciate the opportunity to enjoy a swim without additional charges. Furthermore, I encountered an issue at the bar. Despite arriving at 1:20am on a Saturday night, with the bar's closing time listed as 2am, I was informed that it was already closed. We had rushed from another venue to make last calls, only to be turned away. The hospitality felt somewhat lacking, as the staff's response was rather dismissive. When asked about my stay upon departure, I shared my experience, but the staff member merely sighed and suggested filing a formal complaint. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve future guest experiences. The rooms are decent though.

Absolutely loved this property and all that it offers. From the very helpful staff, to the beautiful amenities, our last night in Sofia ended on a great note due to this hotel.
