Didn't stay here because the contact couldn't be reached. When we arrived at the location, no one knew and we had to go around to several points but the only people we met were security and the apartment manager. So this seems like a personal booking, only the problem is there is no clear information from the start. I've contacted CS but I have to provide proof etc. I've received proof of missed calls but in the end I don't know what to do next. Finally the money was lost and I had to suddenly book another hotel in the middle of the night. I booked there so I could rest for a while because the next day I wanted to do a lot of things. So there's no way to deal with complaints and so on. Just this once is enough to make it an experience. Disappointed. Loss of costs, loss of physical energy and taxi fares, loss of mind too. The worst booking experience in the app so far.
