Such a lovely stay, Gemma and John are amazing hosts. Such a lovely place nice and quiet area but not far from the centre and have a few route options. The room was lovely and breakfast was lovely too. Both me and my fiance want and will stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay at the hotel, the facilities were lovely and clean and the hosts were extremely welcoming. It was my first time staying over in Skegness and I can safely say that if I were to come again I would stay here without hesitation. The room had everything I needed, lovely and clean and such a quiet area which was an added bonus, also within a 10 minute walk of pretty much everything you'd need which makes this location is perfect. The owners clearly take great pride in The Fountaindale. Newly decorated, super clean and real attention to detail to ensure my stay was comfortable. Breakfast was great too. I will return if I’m in Skegness again

The hotel was lovely John and Gemma were lovely hosts. It was very a very welcoming feel and the whole of the hotel was immaculate and spotless. The rooms are colour co-ordinated and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you Gemma and John for a really enjoyable holiday

The mattress was very hard and we did not sleep very well. They need to spend more money on better mattressses than on fancy cushions. At the end of the day it is a bed and breakfast and having a good sleep is very important

Awful customer service meant I could not be accommodated for the first night of my stay and I was not offered a refund.
