A cool boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood with friendly staff. About a 10-minute walk to the subway. Perfect if you're traveling light.

The location is a little bit far from the station, but should you be looking for a place far from the crowd, this hotel is the right choice. However, it is still within walking distance if you want to visit Tokyo Skytree and Asakusa. The room is spacious. It fits the big luggages that we have. The hotel design is really nice, just like you are staying in an art gallery. It uses Coway for filtering your drinking water.

Hotel room was clean with daily clean-up for 4 beds loft. Kids enjoy it and room is big with separate shower/bath and toilet. B1 level has water dispenser and washing machine/dryer. Breakfast was nice but menu choice is limited for a 5 night stay. Emailed for late arrival after 12midnight and hotel was accommodating for late check in before 1am. Hotel has art works and Location wise a good and relaxing 10mins walk every day from Sumida area with 3 different metro lines across the river to Akasuka and vice versa back to hotel.

Helpful staff, good design hotel, peaceful neighborhood, slightly far from train station.
