Expedia was deceiving- there is an extra fee and reservation needed for the pool- so I picked it for the pool and didn't get to go in as the spa was closed when we got there and we were leaving in the morning. The restaurant, breakfast and room was great except they put the toilet in a separate room so you have to walk around to wash your hands- kind of annoying

Felt ripped off by pool charge. 17 euros for an hour. 50 for 3 of us. And it was nice but nothing special. Not good. Couldn’t eat at the hotel. Fully booked restaurant on a Sunday evening. Disappointing

Recently constructed, clean, modern, efficiently staffed hotel on the outskirts of Malmedy. A good base location for walkers. Large comfortable rooms.

New property that is modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Great service from the staff and nice breakfast at the hotel. Clean indoor garage as well. Located near the famous race track, great stay for motorsports enthusiasts.

First time at the hotel but regular party to the area for driving at Spa. Great safe parking, nice room and the restaurant good. Need to deal with staffing to provide better service. We had expensive wine, but was too cold. It comes straight from the wine wall, which does not work for red wine. If service was better we could order red early. Need to sort out above if we are to stay again.

The hotel itself was great just what I expected clean and comfortable... Reception staff friendly and helpful just a shame the rest of the staff didn't follow suit. Was disappointing service to be turned away from a half empty restaurant with unhelpful staff saying they are understaffed so we can't eat in the restaurant but we could have room service? which surely is harder work then allowing us to seat in the very empty laid up restaurant area. Shame as would put me off staying here again

Very comfortable bed in a nicely-designed room using high -end materials. By Belgian and especially Walloon standards, the staff are top and all English-speaking. Location is an easy 5 minute walk from the attractions in the center of lovely Malmedy. Would highly recommend.
