Had a Great stay at Golden pyramids. View of Giza pyramids amazing. Mourad the manager was very helpful. He contacted me by WhatsApp before leaving uk. I booked tour guide and driver. This was all organised for when i arrived. Tour guide Yousuf was fully qualified and accredited. He was amazing. Looked after my daughter and me like family. Highly recommend. Only mistake was to not have a tour guide for Giza pyramids. Beware of scammers and hawkers for camel rides etc. Mourad could not do enough for us. Thank You!!!

The hotel rooms are on the 4th / 5th floor, be aware there is no lift We booked the hotel because of the view of the pyramids, and you certainly will not be disappointed with the view from the top floor and breakfast balcony We had seen reviews regarding the cleanliness of the stairs up to the hotel, and they are dirty, but the hotel floors and area is clean and well kept The staff were excellent, very courteous and helpful, particularly Mourad who met us on arrival, and was around if we needed help with anything The streets surrounding the hotel are very dirty but that could be said for most of Cairo that we saw, although we were often approached by locals asking if we needed help, we never felt unsafe in the local area It is a 2 minute walk to the entrance to the pyramids, and a 10 minute taxi ride to the new Grand Egyptian Museum and there are local cafes and restaurants in the area Back to the view, we stayed over New Year, which was an incredible evening, all the hotels have there own fireworks, parties and music, with a back drop of the pyramids, absolutely sensational Thank you Mourad for your help during our stay

Great location within walking distance of the Pyramid ticket entrance. The terrace and room offer an incredible pyramid view, and the staff were very friendly. Be aware that rooms are on the 5th floor with no elevator. The room lighting was very dark, no soap was provided, and we had to use shampoo as hand wash, which left our hands very dry. Although the room and hotel floor were clean and nice, the building entrance and shared staircases (2nd and 3rd floors) were dirty, muddy, and cluttered with garbage, spilled food, and rolled carpets. Despite these issues, the stunning pyramid views from the terrace and room made up for the negatives.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff, Sef Mohamed, Mourad, and others were all friendly and helpful. Things did ocassionally stop working but there is always someone around to help.

Incredible! As a female traveling solo, I super appreciate this safe, central location, just across from the Sphinx entrance to the pyramids. The vews from the rooftop are pixture-perfect, breakfast was great, and staff greeted me and were so welcoming though I arrived late at night. Would definitely stay here again

Location is the key is great Location with fantastic view of the pyramids, the staff were very attentive and very helpful, They provided us with free water at any time and did everything to make sure that our stay comfortable, The rooftop terrace is fantastic and breakfast is amazing Highly recommended

Best view ever for the pyramids of Giza , the staff so friendly and helpful, breakfast is very good and tasty , sound and light show is wonderful from the rooftop The tickets office just 50 M from the hotel but we prefer to explore Cairo with hotel , they provide us with super tour guide Mo and Excellent driver Hamada Highly recommended.

One week before my check-in I was in Cairo already and visited the hotel to see the accommodations. I was told by the manager that I could not see because there was no rooms available to show. I reinforced that I had a reservation for the next week and would be there late. He said that was ok and I would have my room ready when. Guess what? I got there on my day of check in 2am and they told me they have no rooms available, even tough I have a paid reservation, and I should cancel my reservation and find another hotel at 2 in the morning. Are you going to take a risk? I would not.

The staff was very nice and helpful, food was available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, cleaned our rooms very fast, drivers and tour guides were available at the hotel as well. Entrance to the pyramids is right across the street from the hotel, and a beautiful rooftop view of the pyramids and sphinx, I would recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the roof top view is good. However this Inn would be more suitable for backpackers or young solo travellers. If you are an older couple looking for space and comfort after a long hot day sightseeing perhaps this is not the place for you.
