Of all the places I've stayed at with similar or higher prices, this was the most pleasant experience. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the breakfast was incredibly good with many choices, and the food was very nutritious. There were many free drinks on the beach, and the music was great. My only complaint was with the reception staff; they were quite slow and not very enthusiastic. I went to the restroom and returned to the reception area, finished my glass of water, and still saw the reception staff laughing and joking, completely unaware that I had returned and waited. The staff member who spoke to me wasn't very professional. After giving me advice, she told me to go outside so the resort staff could bring my luggage back to my room in an electric cart, whereas normally, when they take guests out, they should at least check if there's an electric cart nearby. I went outside but didn't see anyone driving an electric cart, so I had to go back inside and ask them to call one for me. Overall, my only dissatisfaction was with the reception staff; otherwise, this is a very good option and worth returning to in the future.

Breakfast is boring. Moving outside is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. Eating at the resort is both expensive and boring.

The location is too far from the airport, and importantly, it is very difficult to move around. If you want to call a car to eat 2km away from the resort, a taxi will cost 600k????? There are no restaurants nearby. Breakfast is boring, only suitable for German guests (mainly serving German guests) The hotel is not flexible in handling situations. The beach is also clean, not excellent. The room is basic, nothing special.

Resort view is beautiful. When booking, booked 1 large single bed but when received, there were 2 single beds, waiting to change room took a long time. Staff support enthusiastically. Breakfast buffet is not very rich.

My parents and I have spent our weekend at TUI Blue, a pleasant stay with superb natural surroundings and isolated locality, ideal for those who are bored of hectic urban areas. Everything was good especially their sports/fitness activities (mostly free), the only regret was the meals we've got (buffet diner and breakfast) - which lacked diversity (but the live music was nice). If the meals were better I would score this place 9.5/10 worth for money :) Very clean beach and facilities.
