Rather a mixed opinion of my stay. App door key is functional once you get used to it, though I would prefer a key or code personally as having all of the doors unlock before I reach them is a security/safety risk, especially for lone travellers. I was very put off by there being a hidden fee retained from the room security deposit, with the alternative choice to have the deposit held for a full 30 days. Plenty of free parking spaces but they are painted very small and some are quite impractical. EV charging is available. On a quiet road with a local bus stop and walkable to an Aldi. There was disruption from some other guests into the early hours of the morning so the claim of soundproof rooms is not fully accurate and there was nothing we could do about this as the building is entirely unmanned. Room had a fan and the fridge had a freezer compartment with an ice cube tray which was invaluable during the heatwave, especially as the thermostat on the wall was actually only a thermometer and it did reach 30c inside. Bed was clean and comfortable, and the water pressure was good in the shower. Above all for the price it was fine, as this was a business trip and we were not spending much time in the hotel. I don't think I would choose it again.

Is not like that how’s showing on pictures and they take the money from deposit as well not telling when you book the charges when they refund then tell about extra charges

Clean tidy and accessible

Booked on the day and all emails and text are not set up for this. Not receiving check in details. Phoned the office and she was rude just telling me it was my fault and I should read the email sent. Despite not receiving this ??? Finally after an hour I gained access. Very disappointing. Getting a refund was equally frustrating. Very poor service, needs to employ better cleaners

Room was clean with good facilities (everything you would expect). I was disappointed that I had to pay a deposit and was only informed of this the day before which meant I had limited options, if I had known I would not have booked. Once I got my head around the room key app, I found that it worked well. My room was right next to the entrance and my room door rattled every time someone entered or left the building which was very frustrating.

Walls are paper thin and a lot of admin to do to actually get sent virtual keys etc. for the price better off in a mainstream hotel to be honest.

The room was quiet clean, spacious and cozy. Had all necessary kitchen utensils. The shower room was clean.

No towels in the room. Entrance took a while to work. It is not made clear the deposit will not be returned unless you provide them with your bank account details again.

Rooms were clean, well equiped. But the main door was harsh to close and open and would make some good noise. Hope it will get sorted.

The apartment was great. The only thing that could be improved were to warn at booking time that the digital key would not be "released" until you paid a damage deposit of £100 which required a lot of stress when you just want to get access to the property. I was very close to reporting the property as a scam and re-booking because the key did not come into the app. It was only when I saw an email from the apartment that I found out the need to pay the damage deposit for the key to then be released.

Appartment was clean and quiet. Seemed to be a lot of vans in the car park (trades people?). Bed comfortable and good shower..Convenience store around the corner, and a couple of takeaway food places

No toilet roll had to go over the road and buy my own. Tobacco on the pillow Hairs on the pillows Main entrance door slamming for 12 hours throughout the night and being located right next to it was not ideal. Walls marked and stained throughout the room. Front entrance fire door self closer not working correctly, fire and safety risk. Other rooms showering throughout the night, and with no insulation around the soil pipe. All you can hear is the water splattering inside the pipe. False fire alarm activations for 30 minutes

The apartments were easy to find and once we had sussed out the Pockit Pass system access was good. The interior is very dark - black walls in the communal stairwell. Our room had purple walls AND ceiling and dark green curtains and then dark kitchen cupboard doors. It all felt very oppressive. The room was adequate, with a good kitchen area and lovely shower room and for the price we would use this again but maybe specify no purple, or bring head torches

The accomodation is conveniently located for all activities around Coventry, and home away from home. Once you’ve stayed once, it becomes first choice. They could however improve services for guests staying up to a week, by cleaning, changing sheets, and supply of toilet paper at least every 2-3 days.
